 <li>Editability of the item list, with the option to assign codes using a scanner</li> 
 <li>Addition of custom units of measurement and removal of unused ones</li>

The program offers optional price support, allowing users to maintain a quantitative register of items without pricing information. When working with prices, users can specify different purchase prices for the same item. Upon issuing an item with multiple purchase prices, the program automatically calculates a weighted average consistent with FIFO methodology. Users also have the flexibility to manually adjust sale prices during transactions.

The inventory function proposes a weighted average purchase price, ensuring that item values remain unchanged if stock levels do not fluctuate. Furthermore, users can manually alter item values during inventory documentation. The inventory itself acts as a document that redefines quantities and values for existing items; thus, when items are issued, the program reviews an item's history since the last recorded inventory.

The integrated barcode reader supports various code formats:
<ul>
 <li>Product codes: EAN-13, EAN-8, ISBN, UPC-A, UPC-E</li>
 <li>Industrial codes: Codabar, Code 128, Code 93, Code 39, ITF, RSS</li>
 <li>Two-dimensional codes: QR Code, Data Matrix</li>
</ul>

For optimal performance, it is recommended that the device's camera has autofocus and flash capability for accurate code recognition in low-light conditions. Alternatively, an external Bluetooth reader can be used via keyboard input.

The barcode field can accommodate any string of characters, allowing flexibility beyond standard coding conventions. Unique barcodes within the database are essential for effective item identification.

The full version eliminates limitations on item and document counts while providing additional functionalities such as:

 <li>A "clean data" option for comprehensive removal of all items and documents</li>
 <li>A "Create / Restore backup copy" feature</li>
 <li>An automatic data transfer from the free version upon purchasing the full version</li>
</ul>
